Richard Irvin FM secures two key wins

Richard Irvin FM’s Housing Services division has landed two prestigious contracts with two new clients in Scotland.
Through the PFH Framework the hard services specialist has been successful in tendering the Annual Heating Servicing and All Inclusive Repairs & Maintenance Contract for domestic council properties for East Lothian Council. This is a potential five-year contract covering over 9,000 properties across the council area.
Richard Irvin FM’s Housing Services division has also secured a five-year deal with the Key Housing Association Gas Maintenance & Repair Contract (North Area).
Commenting on the new contract awards, Dickson Leishman, Richard Irvin FM, Division Director, Housing Services said: “These contract wins further strengthen our presence in the EH and IV postcode areas and are a testament to the highly skilled staff employed in both areas. Well done to our Bid Team in procuring these contracts.”
