Saba Park Services UK Limited, specialists in car parking management, has won a new contract to manage the parking for staff, patients and visitors across the University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust’s estate.
The 10-year deal, which commenced in January and has the potential for a five-year extension, includes the management of car parking facilities at Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Poole Hospital, Christchurch Hospital and Alderney Hospital, with the additional future development of a multi-storey car parking facility at Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
The contract also sees the facilitation of a new online staff e-permit portal, barrier-controlled access for most patient and visitor car parks, and a new customer support team, to improve customer experience.

The contract award further bolsters Saba Parking Services’ extensive healthcare portfolio, which also includes sites like Addenbrooke’s, Lister, and Royal United Hospitals Bath and Royal Cornwall Hospitals.
