School Property Matters rebrands as Building Spatial Intelligence

After 23 years of providing expert property and capacity planning services to the education sector, School Property Matters is rebranding as Building Spatial Intelligence. This strategic evolution reflects the company’s expansion beyond education, positioning it as a leader in spatial data management for large estates across both public and private sectors.

Having worked extensively with schools, multi-academy trusts, and the Department for Education, Building Spatial Intelligence has built a reputation for delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. The company has also partnered with initiatives such as the DfE-backed Net Zero Accelerator Pathfinder Programme (NZAPP) to support sustainability in estates management. This rebrand signals a broader commitment to leveraging advanced digital mapping, parametric BIM, and data-driven insights for a wide range of industries beyond education.

Jeremy Pilgrim, Managing Director of Building Spatial Intelligence said: “Our expertise in managing school estates has provided us with the foundation to push the boundaries of digital estate management.

“This rebrand is a natural progression of our work, allowing us to apply our proven methodologies to new sectors while continuing to provide the same level of service and innovation that our clients expect.”

Building Spatial Intelligence will continue to deliver services to the education sector while expanding its capabilities to support local authorities, healthcare providers, and private sector organisations in optimising their estates.
