We’re pleased to announce that we now have the keys to our brand-new training facility in Livingston, Scotland. Our full host of courses will be available from June 2025.
This marks a major milestone in our ongoing growth at PPL Training, and it’s all about making sure we continue to deliver the highest quality training in every location we operate. Great training is about more than just the space – it’s about the people. Our experienced tutors can now go even further with practical training, thanks to the increased equipment and flexibility the new facility provides.
Supporting the Next Generation of FM Professionals
Here at PPL Training, we’re constantly striving to improve the deliverability and quality of our City & Guilds accredited training courses for Facility Managers and the wider industry. Our dedication to safety and compliance is second to none, yet we remain driven to ensure that every practical element of our training feels contemporary, realistic, and aligned with real-world working environments.
Our training is hands-on, practical, and rooted in real-life application. That’s why we’ve invested in this new site: to create a training experience that truly prepares our delegates for the demands of modern facilities and estates management.

- Giving back with the FM Community
Last year, we partnered with IWFM Scotland region to host a hugely successful Continuing Professional Development (CPD) event in Livingston, just a short walk from our new training centre.
Held at the Mercure Hotel, the event brought together Facilities Managers from across Scotland for a half-day session packed with insights, collaboration, and practical learning. The event was a huge success, but perhaps most meaningful was the charitable impact: thanks to attendee contributions and support from IWFM Scotland, we raised over £1,000 for Mind and Maggie’s Centre, two vital charities providing mental health support and cancer care across the region.
