Spectrum Service Solutions has secured a new contract with leading global property management consultancy, Knight Frank.
The new contract is at Sutherland House in St Vincent Street, Glasgow. This multi-tenant office building has recently been transformed, with a significant overhaul of the building’s lifts, plant, and machinery, as well as an extensive refurbishment of the reception and common areas. Spectrum will provide cleaning, consumables, pest control, and sanitary services throughout the building.
Spectrum already works with Knight Frank at several other properties and says the new contract award is a further testament to the “great work” done by the team at Spectrum.
Spectrum’s Operations Director, Rebecca Bell, was delighted with the contract extension and said: “Knight Frank is a valued client with which we have worked for many years. The fact that they are awarding us additional contracts speaks volumes about the excellent relationship we have with them and the quality of services we consistently deliver.
