Technical FM provider Thermatic has acquired PDS Drainage Solutions in a move which will strengthen its national delivery and in-house range of drainage services.
Established over 25 years ago, PDS has cemented a strong position in the commercial Drainage market in the UK where it has continued to focus on health and safety, quality and first-time fix, whilst organically building a stable customer base, centred around responsiveness, reliability and trust.
The acquisition is the second major transaction, following the purchase of a critical ventilation business in 2019, and forms part of Thermatic’s’ ambition to deliver more for both current and prospective customers in both private and public sectors.

To accompany its existing Drainage division, PDS employees will transfer to Thermatic, combined with its extensive fleet and equipment, comprising of jet vac tankers, high pressure jetting equipment, cctv equipment and drain line technology.
