Topscan rebrands to Sircle

Topscan, a leading multi-disciplined surveyor of the built environment, has rebranded to become Sircle.

The new name is built on 30 years’ experience providing the facilities management sector, with a wide range of surveys including Land, Building & MEP Surveys, Compliance & Fire safety audits and more recently BIM. With significant growth since its Document Scanning and CAD service beginnings, Sircle now delivers an extensive range of services to international clients in healthcare, education, hotel and leisure, retail and many other sectors.
