Barnaby Smith Dan Glater Chloe Xidhas
BW: Workplace Experts has announced three strategic hires to bolster its its design and build team as the new division goes from strength to strength. Barnaby Smith and Dan Glater have been appointed as Project Directors and Chloe Xidhas has taken the role of Operations Manager.
Smith joins BW from Oktra, bringing his extensive knowledge of the London design and build market alongside in-depth understanding of current client needs and priorities. He is an expert in problem solving to meet the challenges of supply and demand and deliver tangible, lasting solutions.
Glater comes to the team from Stabb Interiors. He has been working in design and build for the last 15 years during which time he has worked with a large variety of clients in all sectors and industries. His technical knowledge and project management focus, combined with an eye for detail, sharp attention to detail, and passion for delivering a great customer experience, ensures a seamless service for clients throughout the design and build process.
Xidhas, formerly at Morgan Lovell, is a construction professional. Her key skills include strong leadership, organisation, managing projects on time and to budget and maintaining excellent long-term client relationships. She also has experience of construction site management, quality management, bid processes and cost management. She is an active committee member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC) UK & Ireland.
Speaking about the new appointments, Andrew Bradley, Managing Director, BW: Workplace Experts said: “Barnaby, Dan and Chloe join the BW team at a time when our design and build division, established just 18 months ago, is growing at pace. From a standing start, the team is already on track to deliver £8 million of projects across London.

Between them, they bring a vast amount of design and build experience, which will help us to deliver on our goals to not only achieve surety of design and delivery, which includes a mission to achieve ‘Defect Free@Practical Completion’ on every project, but to do so with integrity, setting the example for the industry.”
