VINCI Construction Grands Projets UK appoints new MD

Emmanuel Costes has been appointed as the new Managing Director of VINCI Construction Grands Projets (VCGP) UK. He takes over the position from François Pogu who is moving to a new role on the TELT project in France.

Costes, who brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership in the construction sector, particularly within the UK, has been promoted following his successful tenure on the Balfour Beatty VINCI joint venture as Area Director in Birmingham for the HS2 project, where he played a key role in one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe.

As Managing Director of VCGP UK, Costes will oversee all major projects in the UK and Ireland, driving forward VINCI’s commitment to excellence in the construction industry. His expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects will be instrumental in delivering the business’ ambitious goals.

Speaking about his new appointment, Costes said: “I am excited and honoured to take on the role of Managing Director for VINCI Construction Grands Projets in the UK and Ireland. It is a privilege to lead such a dedicated and talented team, and I look forward to contributing to the continued success.
