Wates appoints new MD for facilities management business

Jack Prady has been appointed as the new Managing Director of Wates’ Facilities Management business.
 
Alongside Prady, the hard FM provider also recently welcomed Mark Wiles to the role of Business Development and Work Winning Director. Both appointments are part of a broader effort to bolster the company’s leadership team as the business celebrates another successive year of growth.

Prady brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Wates, having held leadership positions across the facilities management and built environment sectors for the past 18 years. With a proven ability to lead teams, implement strategic initiatives and drive business optimisation, he will be critical in guiding the business through its next phase of growth.

Alongside the wider FM leadership team, Prady and Wiles will be responsible for delivering ambitious growth plans by strengthening customer relationships and growing the business in current and new markets. They will also play a key role in supporting Wates’ commitment to helping customers achieve net zero carbon objectives through energy management and optimisation.

Speaking about the new appointments, David Morgan, Executive Managing Director, Wates Property Services, said: “Jack and Mark both have incredible track records in developing strong customer relationships and delivering operational excellence, and this fits perfectly with our vision for growth in the future.”
