WorkSpace appointed to new Translink framework

WorkSpace, the specialist  fit-out, build and FM services division of McLaughlin & Harvey, has secured a place on Translink’s General Property Maintenance Framework Lot 1 – Southern, over a four-year period.

Translink is Northern Ireland’s public transport provider, with 12,500 services per day and 1.5 million weekly passengers. Its mission – to deliver a transformation in public transport through the provision of integrated services – aims to connect people, enhance the economy and improve the environment.

Relating to all Translink properties, WorkSpace’s dedicated FM team will deliver construction and maintenance projects across various asset categories including railway and bus stations, warehouses, offices, retail units and associated infrastructure and services.

The new framework agreement forms part of WorkSpace’s expanding portfolio as a core facilities management provider. Offering comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance, as well as remedial and minor works, to a number of industry leaders in both the public and private sectors across the UK and Ireland.
