FORGE EXPANDS REAL ESTATE VISITOR
MANAGEMENT SOLUTION TO IRELAND
IPUT, Ireland’s largest owner of o ice buildings, launches Forge Bluepoint at four
sites.
Bristol-based company Forge is expanding into Ireland with four new
commercial real estate sites launching cloud-based visitor management
solution, Forge Bluepoint.
The buildings are part of a contract with IPUT, Dublin’s longest established
commercial property fund and the largest owner of o ice buildings in Dublin.
The initial four sites include IPUT’s Headquarters, 47-49 St Stephen’s Green, 2
and 3 Shelbourne Buildings and 2 Harcourt Centre.
Forge Bluepoint
will ensure a
seamless journey
for visitors to these
buildings and
quick check-in. The
data from Forge
Bluepoint will help
with reception
resource planning for peak visitor times and building utilisation by visitors.
Forge Bluepoint was developed by the team at Forge to solve poor visitor
experience and lack of data that many commercial real estate buildings face
using a manual sign-in book process. It first launched at Citypoint in central
London in 2015. It allows tenants to create appointments and send an invite to
their visitor with a unique QR code. They can use this QR code to check-in to the
building either via the reception or if they have smart access scan on the speed
gates to enter the building.
ECOCLEEN ADOPTS ADVANCED RIGHT TO
WORK CHECKS SOLUTION
Ecocleen, the leading commercial contract cleaning
provider, has teamed up with uComply to streamline
and simplify its Right to Work checks. The company
will use the uAuthenticate mobile application across its
nationwide network of franchises, so Regional Directors
can immediately authenticate identity documents. This
will further enhance Ecocleen’s robust sta onboarding
processes by introducing real-time Right to Work checks
that empower local users.
“E ective background checking and pre-employment
screening is a critical part of our complete compliance with Home O ice
immigration guidelines,” explains Jean-Henri Beukes, Managing Director
of Ecocleen. “We had previously operated a centralised system for Right to
Work checks that whilst robust could also be time consuming and result in
unnecessary delays in the recruitment process. The uAuthenticate mobile app
will enable our Regional Directors to make immediate employment decisions,
so they can quickly and e iciently fill cleaning roles while reducing any
exposure to risk.”
The uAuthenticate mobile application fully validates a wide range of identity
documentation including passports, visas, ID cards, driving licences, biometric
cards and work or resident permits in a
matter of seconds. This accurate scanning
and verification procedure, with built-in
Home O ice guidance, will quickly determine
if someone has the Right to Work in the UK
and identify any fake documents.
