& INCLUSION
Margot Slattery will join ISS
World Services (ISS) as new
Global Head of Diversity &
Inclusion, from 1 May 2021.
Highly experienced in the
facility management world
as well as within diversity
and inclusion, Slattery joins
ISS from Sodexo Group,
where she has worked
since the early 1990s, most
recently as Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion O icer.
Prior to that, she was Country President for Sodexo in
Ireland from 2015 to 2019.
Born in Ireland, Slattery was one of the key
contributors to the country’s Same-sex Marriage Act,
particularly in the business sphere. She also critically
promoted and participated in the Diversity Charter.
Her longstanding commitment to diversity and
inclusion has earned her awards like the Knight of the
National Order of Merit and Business Leader Award,
amongst others. She was also recognised in the
Financial Times’ Top 100 OUTstanding LGBT Business
Leaders for four years in a row.
CLOUDFM PREPARES FOR GROWTH WITH
SENIOR APPOINTMENT
Technology-led facilities management company, Cloudfm, has announced the
appointment of Terry Mills as Technical Solutions Director, as the company
gears up for growth with a seven-figure investment in new technology and
enhancements to the management team. Mills joins the business following a
15-year career with ISS, where he was Group Vice President and responsible for
enterprise and corporate development. His key focus was to develop multicountry
FM solutions for leading global brands. His role in ISS Group saw him take
the lead role in business development and operational transformation for the
majority of ISS global corporate clients with revenues over £1 billion per annum. In
his new role at Cloudfm, Mills will lead a team to connect the company’s advanced AI-powered technology
platforms to clients all over Europe, o ering a predictive solution across their assets.
DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT AT BIDVEST NOONAN
Bidvest Noonan has appointed James Dunnet as Director of Operations for Facilities
Solutions. The appointment strengthens the company’s senior management team
during a period in which it is experiencing considerable growth following the recent
acquisitions of Axis Group in the UK, and both Interact and H2O Solutions in Ireland.
Dunnet has over 20 years of experience in senior roles in the industry and has
supported many of the UK’s largest FM players.
Starting his career as an an engineer, he has developed expertise and strong relationships in many of
Bidvest Noonan’s core market sectors.
In his new role as Director of Operations, Dunnet will enable Bidvest Noonan’s Facilities Solutions
business to continue meeting customer expectations during this period of rapid growth.
