SITEMARK ANNOUNCES NEW APPOINTMENT
Sitemark, the independent benchmarking service for the cleaning, waste and
facilities sectors, has appointed Ben Sladden as Data Analyst.
Sladden’s role will be to obtain, interpret and analyse large volumes of client
data in order to understand their waste processes. He will then deliver e ective
and concise reports that identify innovative solutions to reduce costs, reduce
waste and increase recycling, helping to inform Sitemark clients about their future
waste management and recycling strategies.
Sladden becomes Sitemark’s second data analyst and joins the team following previous roles
in data analysis. He has a master’s in environmental dynamics and climate change, and an
undergraduate degree in geography.
NEW DIRECTOR OF SECURITY AT ABM UK
ABM UK has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of
Chris Middleton as Director of Security.
Middleton brings with him over 17 years’ experience in both hard and so
services within the facilities management industry, 10 of which he spent
focused on security, specialising in the corporate security and risk sector.
Joining from global insurance firm Marsh McLennan via Mitie where he
worked as Head of Operations, Middleton has a wealth of knowledge and
experience in delivering facilities management services to prime real estate locations across the
UK and Europe.
Middleton is rejoining ABM having held the position of National Security Compliance Manager
from 2012-2014. His new role within the company will see him lead security services across over
60 sites, managing over 600 sta .
Middleton has also held senior facilities management posts at Ernst & Young, PwC and Deloitte.
JULIE ENNIS LEADS SODEXO’S UK & IRELAND
CORPORATE SERVICES BUSINESS
Sodexo has appointed Julie Ennis
as CEO for its corporate services
business in the UK & Ireland
following the expansion of current
CEO David Bailey’s role to oversee
Sodexo’s corporate services
business in North America.
Ennis joined Sodexo in February
2019 as Managing Director for
Sodexo’s corporate services
business in Ireland. She then assumed the role of
Country President from Margot Slattery in September
2019 following her appointment as Global Diversity and
Inclusion O icer for Sodexo.
Sodexo’s corporate services business delivers a wide
range of workplace and food services to clients in
predominantly the financial services, professional services,
pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors.
In her new role, Ennis will continue as Country President
for Ireland and represent Sodexo’s corporate services
business as a member of the UK and Ireland Regional
Leadership Committee.
Prior to joining Sodexo, Ennis held numerous senior
management roles with Bank of Ireland in sales,
proposition development, strategy and operations. She is a
strong advocate of diversity & inclusion, having held roles
on Bank of Ireland’s LGBT+ and Gender Balance networks.
